Our prices

All our prices can be assumed to be correct at the time of order; Streamstores is not VAT registered.

Postage and packing

Postage and Packing is free for all products within the mainland UK, with the exception of some areas of Scotland. Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only excluding the Scottish Highlands. If you live within one of the following postcode districts or outside of the UK please contact us for a delivery quotation - BT, IM, PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW, HS, ZE.

Ordering goods

Streamstores only operate and accept orders from the http://www.streamstores.com web site.

Payment

All payments are made through PayPal. PayPal accept all major credit and debit cards. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by their card issuer. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any delay in delivery, or non-delivery, resulting from any refusal by a card issuer to authorise a payment.

Delivery

All deliveries are made by second class post or Parcelforce.

Right to cancel

If you decide to cancel your order, and do not wish to use the Exchange Scheme - in other words you just change your mind, or have e.g. duplicated your order elsewhere - then you must contact us in writing within seven working days of receiving the order. The goods must also (1) be unused and (2) be in their original packaging. You should return the goods to us, on your expense.

Overseas orders

We are happy to quote for delivery anywhere in the world. Please contact us by e-mail for a quotation stating which goods you are interested in, how quickly you need them, and the delivery address.

Faulty goods

If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty on delivery, please email us and we will attend to the problem without delay. Please note that Streamstores do not provide any form of further product guarantee or warranty.

Colour reproduction

The reproduction of colour and detail in the pictures on our web site is as accurate as technology allows.

Streamstores will not share or distribute any customer information with any other companies.
